Explore the ways we can work together

Blending ancient wisdom and modern understanding, my work supports deep, sustainable healing. Whether you’re seeking calm, clarity, release, or reconnection, these practices support your body’s natural healing intelligence.

Yin Yoga / fascia release

In this practice, we move gently but powerfully. Yin Yoga works with the body’s deep connective tissue (fascia), using long-held, supported postures to release tension, increase circulation, and support nervous system regulation. I integrate mindful movement, fascia release techniques, and guided breathwork to create space—not just in your joints and muscles, but in your whole being.

Perfect for anyone experiencing chronic pain, stress, stiffness, fatigue, or emotional holding in the body. No experience or flexibility required, just a willingness to slow down and feel.

Transformative Breathwork

Using conscious, connected breathing techniques, we awaken the body’s own healing response. Breathwork helps release blocked emotions, calm the nervous system, increase energy, and support mental clarity. This isn’t about pushing, it’s about trusting your breath to guide you inward. I hold a safe, grounded space for you to move through what arises, integrating breath with gentle movement, mindfulness and sometimes sound.

Sessions are available both individually and in groups, and often paired with yin yoga or massage for deeper integration.

Deep fascia bodywork

My massage work focuses on the fascia, the body’s intelligent connective tissue, and supports deep release on both physical and emotional levels. These treatments often include a mix of deep tissue work, Myofascial Energetic Release (MER), lymphatic drainage, and cupping, depending on what your body needs. Each session is entirely customized. We work intuitively, with breath, pressure, and presence. You might feel a letting go that’s physical, or something more subtle, like space opening inside you. This is bodywork that goes deep, without force. And it's especially supportive for stress, tension, inflammation, postural imbalance, fatigue, and trauma held in the tissue.

Mindfulness/meditation

Mindfulness and meditation are ways of learning to stay present within ourselves and to process our emotions with awareness.

Through meditation, we begin to see more clearly — to discern what is real from what is not, with a non-judgmental and loving awareness.

The practice of mindfulness helps us return to the here and now, creating the foundation for a happier, more balanced, and sustainable life and relationships.

Sound healing

Sound healing invites your body and mind into deep states of rest through the use of gongs, singing bowls, chimes and other vibrational instruments. These frequencies gently calm the nervous system, support emotional release, and harmonize your energy system. In sound, there’s medicine. Each tone works on a different layer—from physical tension to emotional blockages to energetic stagnation.

I often combine sound healing with other practices like yin yoga or breathwork, allowing the vibrations to sink in even deeper. A beautiful way to restore without needing to “do” anything.
