This is more than a practice. It’s a way home.

I created Yoga Yinasa to be a place—for breath, for healing, and for remembering who you are beneath the noise. Here, I share the tools that changed my life: Yin Yoga, breathwork, fascia release, somatic healing and deep bodywork. Ancient practices with a modern knowledge to help you reconnect and heal your body, reset your nervous system, and move through life with more presence.

My Journey

Yoga Yinasa is a sacred practice specializing in Yin Yoga with a deep focus on connective tissue and fascia. Guided by a certified teacher with the E-RYT 500 credential from the International Yoga Alliance, Yoga Yinasa weaves together extensive training in Yin Yoga, fascia release, and a strong foundation in traditional yoga and meditation, creating a practice that honors both body and spirit.

With years of experience leading classes, workshops, trainings, and retreats across Sweden, Yoga Yinasa is celebrated for fostering a safe, nurturing, and heart-centered space for all participants. Each session blends therapeutic Yin Yoga, somatic embodiment, myofascial release, Breathwork, and mindfulness, thoughtfully designed to harmonize spiritual depth with modern anatomical and neurological understanding.

Holistic balance

A trauma-sensitive approach lies at the heart of Yoga Yinasa, shaped by years of work in social development and drama pedagogy, including seven years in Peru with Forum Theater and yoga for socially disadvantaged children and adults. This rich experience cultivates deep compassion and the ability to meet each participant where they are, supporting a profound reconnection with the body, mind, and inner wisdom.

Yoga Yinasa’s deep devotion to anatomy and fascia enhances the practice’s transformative potential. Therapeutic touch through trained manual fascia therapy and massage, specializing in deep tissue techniques, helps release physical and mental tension while awakening the natural flow of energy within the body. When appropriate, cupping therapy is integrated, and every treatment is intuitively adapted to honor the unique needs of each individual, fostering holistic balance, healing, and inner harmony.

My values

Yoga Yinasa was born from my own journey through deep self healing  from young age and from a deep longing to support others in finding their way home to themselves. Everything I share is grounded in values that feel true in both my personal life and my work. This is what I return to, again and again.
