Workshop Description:
Fascia Flow & Breath Alchemy is an immersive somatic journey designed to soften the body, open the fascia, activate the breath, and guide participants into deep inner presence. This workshop weaves together Yin Fascia Flow, Shaking Meditation , Transformational Breathwork, meditative stillness, therapeutic bodywork elements, and sound healing to create a whole-body, whole-spirit recalibration.
